Overview: Microsoft Outlook is
a comprehensive desktop information management program. You can use
Outlook 2003 as a central inbox for all of your internal and external
e-mail messaging systems. You can also use it to manage your contacts, to
organise your calendar and scheduling, and to maintain a journal of your
activities. Additionally, Outlook integrates a number of system management
features that help you manage your files, folders, and system resources.
This course will help delegates to use the
email and scheduling application Microsoft Outlook. Students
will learn to send and receive emails and instant messages and
to manage communications and contacts using Outlook.
Delegates will also learn to use the scheduling component to
arrange appointments, meetings, and tasks. Students will be able
to customise the view to sort, group, filter, and search for
items.
