Overview: This course is designed for those either wishing learn the basics of
using the world-standard photo design and production tool. It covers the use of
the Photoshop tools and basic commands including scanning procedure, cropping
and resizing images, colour & black & white scanning options, colour
balance and brightness, selecting and painting in colour, selecting areas
using various techniques, layers - creating and manipulating images using
layers, and saving files in Photoshop format.
Adobe Photoshop 5.5 includes comprehensive
optimisation features for producing the highest quality Web graphics with the
smallest possible file sizes.
